MCSLBA Minor League (12-15 yr. old) players and parents:
Just a friendly reminder about evaluations taking place this week. Taking special note that rain is expected to come in tonight / tomorrow so please check the weather hotline before coming to the park Monday. If we are cancelled, Monday Evaluations will take place this Wednesday.

The MCSLBA Minor League player evaluations are scheduled for the week of April 25th (specifically Monday April 25th and Tuesday April 26th with Wednesday April 27th available for makeups if needed) on Field 6 at the Winslow Sports Complex. ALL PLAYERS (12-15, New and Returning) must attend during their designated date and time slot (excluding High/Middle School Players). Players should be dressed in baseball attire (i.e. cleats, pants, hat, etc.) and bring along with them their baseball gear (i.e. bats, helmets, glove, catchers gear, etc.) if owned and in their possession.
The Weather Hotline (812) 349-3610 option 2 should be used to determine if evaluations have been cancelled due to inclement weather or unplayable field conditions (call rain or shine).
PLEASE NOTE that if evaluations are cancelled due to field conditions or weather Monday and/or Tuesday, we will look to schedule makeups Tuesday and/or Wednesday so please plan your week accordingly. As we get closer to the event, we will provide addition communication on any changes so please check your email often.
Players dates and times can be found on our website at http://www.mcslba.org/player-evaluations/. This list will likely be updated as the week progresses so please make sure you check it shortly before Monday April 25th to make sure your date and time hasn’t changed. Please try to show up at least 15-20 minutes in advance of your time slot so to allow time to register and warm up.
Please note that these are not tryouts as there are no cuts. All registrants will be placed on a team. These are simply player evaluations to offer the coaches and league a chance to review players and attempt to make equal teams across the league. These evaluations are meant to be low-key, non-stressful and encourage player participation.
If you have any questions or comments, please email us at president@mcslba.org.
Thanks,
The Officers of MCSLBA
